Whether you’re looking to clear out your garage, score a great deal, or just connect with fellow Jeep lovers, this is the event for you.
Here’s what you can expect:

Booth Details:
- Booth Pass: Sell your Jeep spare parts, gear, and anything Jeep-related. Single Booth passes are $5 each. Double booth passes are $10 each. (LIMITED AVAILABILITY).
- Dimensions: A single booth is equivalent to 2 parking spots (left to right). Double booth 4 parking spots. (left to right)
- Manufacturers & Jeep Shops: A limited number of spots are available for manufacturers and local Jeep shops looking to sell extra inventory. Please email info@jeepcnx.com to inquire
- Donations: We welcome donations to support the event — every contribution helps make this day unforgettable.

Jeep Swap & Shop Rules and Guidelines
1. Permitted Merchandise:
• Items for sale or trade must be Jeep or off-road-related. This includes vehicle parts, tools, camping gear, recovery equipment, tires, and related merchandise.
• No general household items, unrelated vehicle parts, or unrelated merchandise are allowed.
2. Prohibited Items:
• No hazardous materials: This includes chemicals, fuels, oils, and other materials classified as hazardous waste.
• No weapons: Firearms, ammunition, knives, or any other weapons are strictly prohibited.
• No alcohol or controlled substances: Alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs are not permitted on the premises.
3. Responsibility:
• Vendors and attendees are responsible for their own merchandise, vehicles, and personal belongings. The event organizers are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
• Vendors must ensure their setups (tables, canopies, etc.) are safe and secure.
4. Setup and Cleanup:
• Vendors must set up within their designated spaces and keep the area tidy during the event.
• All vendors are responsible for cleaning their area before leaving, including removing unsold items and trash.
5. Safety and Conduct:
• No reckless driving, stunts, or unsafe behavior in or around the swap meet area.
• Respect all participants, vendors, and event staff. Harassment or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Pets must be leashed and under control at all times. Clean up after your pets.
6. Vehicles:
• All vehicles displayed for sale or trade must be clean and functional. Non-operational vehicles must be trailered in.
• Keep the display of vehicles and rigs within your assigned space.
7. Event Staff Instructions:
• Follow all directions and instructions provided by event staff and security personnel.
• Failure to comply with the rules or staff instructions may result in removal from the event without a refund (if applicable).
8. Sales and Transactions:
• All sales are between buyers and sellers. The event organizers are not responsible for disputes or guarantees.
• Vendors must handle their own cash, card payments, or other transaction methods.
9. Children and Minors:
• Children must be supervised at all times. Event staff is not responsible for unattended minors.
10. Weather and Emergencies:
• The event will proceed rain or shine unless otherwise noted by organizers.
• In case of an emergency, follow instructions from event staff and proceed to designated safety areas.
11. Compliance with Laws:
• All participants must adhere to local, state, and federal laws, including regulations related to sales tax, permits, and prohibited items.
12. Registration:
• Vendors must pre-register for a spot or pay at the gate if space is available. No guarantees are made for day-of registrations.
• Assigned vendor spots are non-transferable without prior approval from event staff.
13. Noise Levels:
• Excessive noise from music, engines, or equipment is not permitted. Please be considerate of others.
